Can you find a supplier for my product?
In most cases yes, after reviewing your project. Each request is analyzed beforehand to check feasibility in China.
Do you work with individuals?
We mainly work with entrepreneurs and companies. Some missions can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are set by suppliers and vary depending on the product, customization and factory.
Can you verify a factory?
Yes. We organize factory visits and verifications of the production environment, with a report.
Can you check my goods before shipment?
Yes. Inspections are adapted to the type of goods: quantity, visual control, packaging, customization, photos and report.
Can you group several orders together?
Yes, via our consolidation service: reception, verification, grouping then groupage shipment.
Do you ship to Africa?
We coordinate shipments to Africa. Options depend on the destination, the goods and the carrier.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, with the same caveats: the chosen solution depends on the destination, volume and type of goods.
Which modes of transport do you offer?
Air, sea (LCL and container), rail when relevant, and express for small volumes when available.
Can I come to China and be accompanied?
Yes. We offer on-the-ground support: markets, factories, meetings and sourcing days, subject to availability.
Can you create my product with my logo?
Yes, via OEM / ODM / private label: logo, colors, materials, packaging and labeling, after feasibility validation by the factory.
How do I request a quote?
Via the quote request form. We study the request and then get back to you with a suitable proposal.
How do I book a consultation?
From the Consultation page: the booking module lets you pick an available slot directly.
How is BLACK CHINA compensated?
We are paid for the service we deliver, not through a commission on the value of your goods. Depending on your project, the fee reflects the work actually involved: analysis, research, discussions and negotiation, follow-up, coordination and on-the-ground presence in China. This pricing values the time devoted to your project as well as our operational field experience.
