Refund policy

Policy applicable to the services and digital products marketed by 领航荟（广州）国际贸易代理有限公司, operating the brand BLACK CHINA — Trade & Consulting.

Digital products (including the BLACK CHINA Starter Kit): these are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, made available immediately after payment through a secure download page and a confirmation email.

Before payment, the customer expressly requests immediate performance of the contract, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code. This consent is recorded with the order and restated in the confirmation email.

Consequently, once the content has been made available, no refund is granted for a simple change of mind.

This policy never limits the customer's mandatory statutory rights, in particular for non-conforming, defective or inaccessible content, double billing or any other case provided for by law. Depending on the situation, we replace the content, restore access or issue a refund.
