2. Data concerned — Depending on your actions: contact, quote and “Start my project” forms (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, country, project description, answers); appointment booking (data entered in the booking tool); Starter Kit purchases (email, name if provided, product, amount, payment and order identifiers, time-stamped proof of consent to immediate access); client workspace (account, projects, documents); exchanges by email, WhatsApp or with the site assistant; support requests.

3. Purposes and legal bases — Answering your requests and preparing quotes (pre-contractual measures); performing orders, delivering content and providing services (performance of contract); sending confirmation and follow-up emails (performance of contract); keeping invoices and proof of consent (legal obligations and legitimate interest in evidence); securing the site and preventing abuse (legitimate interest); managing the relationship with prospects and customers (legitimate interest). No electronic marketing is sent without an appropriate legal basis.

4. Recipients — Data is accessible to authorised BLACK CHINA staff and its technical providers, only for the purposes described: Stripe (payment), HubSpot (customer relationship management), Hostinger (mailbox and sending of emails from contact@black-china.com), Lovable and its cloud infrastructure (site hosting, database, file storage, site assistant), Setmore (appointment booking). If you contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, those services process your data under their own policies. No data is sold.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area — The data controller is established in China, and some providers (notably Stripe and HubSpot) may process data outside the EEA, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered, as applicable, by the safeguards offered by those providers (for example the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). You can request information on these safeguards at contact@black-china.com.

6. Retention — Data is kept for as long as necessary for its purpose: requests and prospects, for the time needed to handle the request and follow up the business relationship, then deleted or anonymised if there is no follow-up; customers, for the duration of the contract and then for the applicable limitation periods; order data, invoices and proof of consent, for the periods required by accounting and legal obligations; client account, until it is deleted. Card data is kept by Stripe, not by BLACK CHINA.

7. Your rights — You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on it, and the right to set instructions for your data after your death. Write to contact@black-china.com; proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.

8. Complaints — If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

9. Cookies and local storage — The site uses no audience measurement or advertising tools (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel). It only uses strictly necessary items stored in your browser: keeping you signed in to the client workspace, remembering your chosen language, temporarily saving a form in progress and the assistant conversation identifier. Stripe checkout and the booking tool may set their own trackers needed for their operation and fraud prevention. These items do not require prior consent.

10. Security — Access restricted to authorised staff, encrypted connections, temporary download links and privately stored files.
